More Help Required Pls

OK, I have deleted the banned tracker torrents, fine, now in order to get more verified it seems I need to get some torrents to work,

Why are my torrents not working?
1.Is it my ISP?
2.Is it some settings in the torrents themselves?
3. Is it a software issue like SuperAntiSpyWare?
4. Is It a windows firewall issue?
5.Is it settings in my router(ie; set up port forwarding)

For me to not get on the torrents is heartbreaking, I am a starving musician, I cant pay crappy indie websites to distribute my music falsley to fake audiences.
I need to get torrents to work so I can share my own music.

My torrents used to work, I dont know what is different, but since I uploaded the original torrents I have now got a different router, Could that be the issue?
Also, the pc I leave on 24hrs to seed is TinyWindowsSeven, and there is no option to adjust the firewall, but maybe I can disable it in services?

If my ISP is blocking should I just cut my wrists?
