Bloodworth is a drama that is about a man who leaves his family and walk through the helter-skelter world with a guitar and his thoughts, but returns home after twenty years, but not part of a warm welcome.

Bloodworth filmmakers are W. Earl Brown and Shane Dax Taylor and direction is provided by Shane Dax Taylor, while the main roles are played by the following: Val Kilmer, Kris Kristofferson, Hilary Duff, Dwight Yoakam and Reece Thompson.

Bloodworth action takes place in 1852, and it is in the spotlight EF Bloodworth, a man who returns home after twenty years of wandering. When you return to find a wife in Tennessee last blasted, and three grown boys but angry. Old age is treated with due respect that is only by his grandson, Fleming, and realize how hatred can poison a man's soul.

Bloodworth premiere on big screens in the U.S. takes place on 20 May 2011, and will be distributed in theaters by Samuel Goldwyn Films. Bloodworth will be watched by children under the age of seventeen years, only with parental consent, because of the language, violence and drug references.
