Birds of Steel
is a new title announced by Konami and Gaijin Entertainment, which will be launched in March 2012 for PlayStations and Xbox 360. Players will have the opportunity to participate in over 20 missions in WWII and other campaigns prepared fictitious developers. There will be over 100 famous airplanes of that time, such as Spitfire, P-51D Mustang and Messerschmidt 109. Whether you choose to represent Japan, the Axis or Allies, gamers will experience the quests and missions that will unlock new types of aircraft.

Birds of Steel will have more control systems, starting with the Arcade Mode and up to a system that will require players to control every aspect of flight.

Gaijin Entertainment is a Russian company, specializing in game development Avital, who has lately developed Apache Titles: Air Assault and IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey.
