| Hey thought I world give StaXrip a try after seening about in the forums but also having similar problems getting it to work.
Also hung up on getting an application loaded,

have tried finding on computer/dloading from the web but still cant get it to work right,have tried what oziman suggested in previous post but just get the above message.
any help would be greatly appreciated,Thanks |

| dont think version will make difference
do you have a nidvia card?
if not what is the source format vob.mpg etc.. your trying to convert? |

| make sure codec are updated
get klite full version
http://www.free-codecs.com/k_lite_codec_pack_download.htm
and for the video format if not supported by staxrip break video down
convert your video source to vob with something like convertx
then try encoding the vob files with staxrip

its vob's trying to convert
not sure bout nidva card I think it is but how do I check this?
had seen Kim's previous post and tried what you said there but still no luck

codecs updated did it a few days ago and always go for klite
used dvd shrink,would convertX make a difference? will try later and let you know how it goes.

just had a look at the files in that torrent and same as one I d/loaded,so probs have the same issue,tho if all else fails will try later as well,thanks |

| If you wanna find dates about all your PC compotents simply type msinfo32,It works in Windows XP,Vista and Windows 7.
For Mac Click on the apple icon located at the top left of an application window.=>Click About this Mac=>Click on the More info... button near the bottom of the window.Click on Graphics/Displays in the column of information under Hardware. Your video card information appears in the right panel.
For Linux
System > Preferences > Hardware information.

are you adding video files only?
eg..
these are your video file only they should be added

| Go in Start=>My Computer=>Properties=>Device Manager=>Dislay adapters.
or go to Start=>in the search box type dxdiag and then go to Display and in the name you'll see your graphic card. |

| yeah thats what im adding oziman.
ok checked that out Magik,dont see nidvia any where but it shows ATI radeon,is this the right thing but different make??
will try again later on and let you know how it goes.

yup, tht filter works with nVidia cards...
