I dont think you can remove it on all the movies. Some movies come with it anyway. I dont get how people dare complain about movies or anything when their getting them for free. The movie will be exactly the same, with the same black bars, if they went out and bought it from a shop. I wouldnt go out of my way to do something to a movie that would be exactly the same as 90% of the movies in the shops.

all depends on which encoder your using
if the software your using uses Vdub change the setting to auto re size it will remove black bars
