General message. You can reply or don't up to you...
But i also want to know if someone have other experience end me...

Maybe i know why everyone can have problem to make talk with people. At my self i have play the game many time from start because there was nothing to do even i change in daytime i cut still not talk with people.

So here is my idea to why the bug comes.
So not load other save games end that you play. If you load other safe game you can have the bug.
Please reply if you have other experience,,,,
