i am unable to download anything. nothing is seeding.. all my arrows are red. i dont know whats going on.. why isnt it working? a friend of mines' is not working either.... help??

if modem is kept on for a long time without turning it off, there may b some problem with the seeding and downloadin.. same thing happened to me. try restarting the modem..
