How do I get faster downloads

I am a consistent D/L'er I always seed and i find I am limited in the speeds I can D/L at. I have quite a few movies and I am always willing and do seed. For example I am trying to D/l the new X-men. there and thousands of seeders and peers but I am 49 weeks away from completation. I would upload but I tried once and got a megga fine. I got caught with my cam in the theater. So if there is anything else I can do to be more community minded, please advise.. I try to be a good seeder.. LOL Also I so appreciate all you amazing up'ers do for all of us.

Dude for me it depends on your connection speed, I'm not having problems of downloading just choose the right torrent that is more healthy. Also if you use client try to change some of it's settings.

could be many reasons for slow speeds, example some ISP's shape their speeds, some are faster in off peak times, some are just fukkking slow....can try addind trackers to downloads, choose well seeded uploads and reliable uploaders, update your PC and all software/hardware etc...
