The thing with hide IP is that the further the country you choose the slower it works. For example I'm UK based, so If I choose USA it is very slooooooooooooooooow,but when choosing a country like France,Spain Germany etc, because they are closer to me, tends not to slow system down and works fine. If you use firefox etc choose another country closer to you, use it, then google whats my IP with firefox and it will tell you the countries IP you are using,so it does work. Everyones has different ideas about hide IP VPN etc so best choose/decide what works best for and you feel comfortable using. If you just worried about up/down loading get a seedbox
