| Posted: Fri Sep 19, 2008 06:29 Author: Hello
I'm new to torrents. My ISP just dropped newsgroups which is my preferred method for getting files. I've been trying torrents out but it's so slow compared to to binaries newsgroups.
Part of the reading I've done far suggests to seed, the more people who upload and seed will help the overall file sharing community
regarding this step
3.in torrent properies were it says tracker copy and paste this Tracker URL
I don't know what you mean by this tracker URL
thanks for any help |

Hi clyve1 download winrar from http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Right click on the first file and select extract here in a few minutes you will have one file.
If media player won't play it d'load VLC media player from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ that plays everything. Hope that helps.
The best conversion programme about is ConvertXtoDVD way better than nero. |

Maybe that's because your torrent has no seeds cos you have never seeded them, as it seems you don't really know/understand what you are doing, as once you have uploaded it correctly you will be seeding your torrent and there will be no need for you to d/load the .torrent file from here and put into your your torrent client again, it should be there already from when you created the original .torrent file.
Click on this link and go to section 6 – Creating/Seeding your Torrent that shows you what you need to do. |
