I am new to this forum, srry for my bad english...I am a big fan of BRRips with smal size with gud quality i dont knw how they do.. latearly i got the answer is MEGUI, i am new to use megui i heard this is the best encoder.. my question is i like to re encode the brrips of size 4.45gb r 3gb movies to 900mb with gud quality i try many times with differnt bitrates with samples bt i m nt achieving with quality some blur is appering on the screen ... guys can u pls suggest me the best encoding settings to get the gud quality smal size(this is my size of target i like to use 900mb) and the process i m dong is attachd below ... give me ur suggestions and guidence pls...

So yeah....google and keep encoding...u will learn the trick eventually!
