World of Warcraft, the largest MMOG, has a new demo, the game is free-to-play to lvl 20. 10-day limit was removed. Also, free users will not hold more than 10 gold and tradeskills sites will be limited to the 100. Restrictions also apply to the creation of groups or belong to a guild.

This change comes after Activison-Blizzard announced in March 2011, the number of members decreased slightly to about 11.4 million.

Players who decide to switch to paid subscription system will receive free and the expansion World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade.

Market free games, especially MMO's, is in constant development, titles like Champions Online and Lord of the Rings Online is passed to this business model, after initially had been designed as a subscription based MMOG's.
