anydvd dmp message

im sorry if im posting a repeat or in the wrong section. im new to the forums. but i really need the help , i keep getting that temp folder , anydvd.dmp pop up. i cant install ANY version of anydvd. what did i do ? i mean i have download so many versions of the software from ET and nothing all have the same result , that folder popping up with that file. and then the installation stops completely. please help me!

i just want to install it , i had it before but i think i had a registered version. but i uninstalled the older version like one week ago. and today im trying to install it again but thats when the pop up comes out.

even though you've uninstalled it, there's probably some pieces left in the registry. download ccleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download it's free and scan your registry, delete anything that it finds. that will clean up all the loose registry files from any uninstalled programs and you shouldn't have any problems afterwards.
