downloading rate is very low

hi tp all
i am using 25mb net speed and when i am downloading anything form downloader it is receiving only 24.0 kbbp/s only why it is low
please tell me the answer

also is it for all torrent you get that as top speed or is it just for one torrent??

if you can give more info like what client you are using to download with,what settings you have,and anymore info you think is relevent

i download a torrent and start downloading but still downloader showing
that downloading 0.0% and that is still
what is the problem pelase solve this problem i will be very

i was using the utorrent 3.0 and after 10 days i found problem and uninstall it
now i install bittorrent 8.0 beta but problem is still same

hi,sorry if im interrupting....i to was using bit/torrent to d/l,
was very slow,i uninstalled and installed u/torrent instead,i
followed tutorial how to install with recomended settings......
i found that my d/l speed is fab....hope this may help.gud luck.
