	Posted: Tue Aug 09, 2011 20:37 Author: Spanky305 lol....ok....i still can figure out how to cap my upload speed....im not even sure if im even saying that right the last link u sent was the uttorent forum...couldnt find anything too usefull there.....and the other links kinda seems like theyre geared towards a more "advanced" version of windows... whats worked for you...its not like my uttorrent is super slow or anything...i would just really like to speed up my download speed
