Bondage - knotty thoughts MPEG

Just download the above MPEG from here and can t get it to play so what do i need and is possible to burn it to a dvd and what do i need . . .

never used codec where do i get that and what am i updating all i am using is decrypter / shrink etc for burning and this software isn t being made anymore and has no upgrades that i know of so what now . .
Isn t the problem the fact that some files here have no ISO so shrink
can t read so i think whatever that file has needs a convert to iso then burn ! ? And hows that then ConvertX didn t work ! - byee

Also when i read torrent info files what should i look for that shrink can read and not give me a problem burning, i always assumed that a video was a video and their weren t a bunch formats till i came here - byee
